Successful commercial finance brokerage requires a proven sales executive to join our highly professional and dynamic company. Your role - to assist the current team on furthering HCFL’s current status as a leading finance provider. As a key member, your role will focus on the following:
Responsibilities:
Provide specialist advice on commercial finance products; including commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development and mezzanine finance to new and existing clients
- Maximise cross selling opportunities
- Responding to inbound enquiries and self-generate sales opportunities to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Ensure service levels and compliance standards are in line with both company and industry guidelines and regulations
- Place cases with a panel of lenders and work alongside a dedicated sales support colleague to process the transaction through to completion
- Maintain an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the non-regulated finance area
- Network externally to support the company brand and develop further referral avenues
- Develop relationships with our lending panel
Requirements:
- Proven ability in the broker/intermediary sector (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent level of technical knowledge, especially in the Real Estate & Construction sectors
- High level of compliance to industry principles and procedures
- Strong ability to build and maintain a client base
- Organised, motivated and energetic with the ability to prioritise workload with a focus on client service
